To access certain features, users must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.
You retain ownership of all documents, data, and content uploaded to the Service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license solely to store, process, and deliver documents to facilitate signing workflows and generate audit records.
You are solely responsible for document content, signer authorization, and the legal validity of transactions. You acknowledge that electronic signature laws vary by jurisdiction and you are responsible for ensuring compliance.
By using the Service, you agree to conduct transactions electronically. You consent to receiving records and signing documents electronically. You acknowledge that while electronic signatures carry legal effect in many jurisdictions, some documents may require additional legal formalities.
The Service may generate audit trails and signature certificates for informational and evidentiary purposes. We do not guarantee that these will satisfy specific legal requirements in every jurisdiction.
You agree not to abuse API resources or circumvent rate limits. We reserve the right to limit, throttle, or suspend API access at our sole discretion.
Do not violate laws, commit fraud, or facilitate criminal activity.
No malware, viruses, spyware, or malicious code.
No child exploitation material, hate content, harassment, or defamatory material.
No account sharing, automated scraping, reverse engineering, or security testing without permission.
We reserve the right to review reported content, remove prohibited material, and cooperate with law enforcement as necessary.
Documents are stored on servers located within the European Union. Deleted accounts may have associated documents retained for up to three (3) months before permanent deletion.
Accounts inactive for six (6) months may be scheduled for removal. We will attempt to provide three (3) months notice prior to removal.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. While we aim for high availability, maintenance and outages may impact performance. There are no contractual uptime guarantees.
Free plan users receive support via email only. Response times are not guaranteed, but we aim for 48 business hours. No SLA applies to free accounts.
The Service uses cookies for authentication, security, and session management. By using the Service, you consent to cookies necessary for platform operation.
All platform software, branding, and interfaces remain the exclusive property of Xcesslogic.
Any feedback or suggestions provided may be used by Xcesslogic without compensation or restriction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XCESSLOGIC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
You agree to indemnify Xcesslogic against claims arising from your use of the service, uploaded content, or violation of these Terms.
We are not liable for failures resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or cyberattacks.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
